| Navigate to the Floodport site - AssurantFlood.com
Click on the Agent/Adjuster/Company Login button
Click on the Need To Register? link and enter:
- User ID from old system
- First 5 digits of the zip code for your physical agency address
When these match what was in the old system a prompt will ask for "new" email address:- This will be your new FloodPort User ID
- You can use the same email as in the old system or a new email
A temporary password will be sent to the new email address- Don't see the email, check your spam folder or do a search for "temporary password"
Under the Agent/Adjuster/Company Login button enter:- New user ID - the email you supplied
- Temporary password
You will be prompted to create a new password. Enter:- New user id - the email you supplied
- Temporary password
- New password
Password Requirements:- At least 8 characters
- Must start with a letter
- No more than 2 consecutive identical characters
- Cannot contain any spaces
- Cannot contain the word "password"
- No parts of your username
- Must contain a number
- Must include at least 1 uppercase letter
- Must include at least 1 lowercase letter
- Must include at least 1 special character: ? ! @ $ % & *( ) _ - /
Registrataion should be complete, and you will be able to log into Floodport
Important- The NFS FloodPro user ID and the email address entered by the agent during registration, cannot be used again by anyone else
Registration Issues:- If your FloodPro User ID and 5-digit zip does not match or if you cannot self-register, contact Assurant at 1-800-423-4403 and choose "Agent" when prompted
- Assurant Flood Experts will assist in manual validation of agent/agency information where available
- If data cannot be validated, you will be given a form and instructions to complete and submit a new user setup
| | | You may have received a Proof of Loss Reminder letter, indicating that a signed and dated Proof of Loss Statement is required to honor your flood claim.
If you had a Hurrican Ian claim and received this Proof of Loss Reminder, you can disregard this letter.
On October 6th, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has extended the date for the Proof of Loss Statement to 365 days for Hurricane Ian. | |
